Delivery is by Royal Mail or courier service depending on the size of the delivery.

Please allow up to five working days for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with our products. We aim to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you are disappointed in any way we would like to know, in which case please follow the procedure below.You may return goods up to 7 days after receiving your order. Contact us by email, phone or post quoting your order number.

• The following information will be required when returning your goods.
• A copy of the Order Confirmation sent to you by email.
• The Delivery Note which was packed with the goods.
• List and description of goods to be returned.
• Reason for returning goods

Please Note:You should retain the proof of postage, you may need this if your chosen courier service loses your parcel. Allow up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us. Care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
